United Reform Church, Crow Lane, Newton-le-Willows

The two memorials from the former United Reform Church on Crow Lane, Newton-le-Willows, (now converted into apartments) can now be found in the Local History Section of Newton-le-Willows Library, Crow Lane.

This brass memorial records the names of those who fell during the First World War

It was moved to the URC from the old Congregational Church when it was demolished in 1978.

For some years the memorial from an old Methodist Church which was demolished was also stored at the URC. Its current whereabouts is not known.
